KUCHING: NAIM Holdings Berhad has once again affirmed its reputation with a triumphant success at the Des Prix Infinitus’ ASEAN Property Developer Awards for quality, innovation and masterful planning in the Malaysian property market.
At the awards ceremony, NAIM clinched multiple accolades across diverse categories, showcasing their versatility and excellence in development.
Naim, in a statement, said these awards highlight NAIM’s dedication to creating homes that resonate with community values, security, luxury and innovation.
Its group managing director Datuk Hasmi Hasnan noted that the recognition motivates them to further raise their benchmark.
“In line with our mission, we aim to craft homes for multigenerational communities through innovation and adding value to our properties,” he was quoted as saying.
Among their standout achievements was the coveted ‘Best Community-Inspired Lifestyle Development’s award for the flagship mixed development Bandar Baru Permyjaya (BBP) in Miri. Known as the ‘Resort City’ of Sarawak, BBP has rapidly emerged as one of the region’s fastest growing satellite towns.
Another highlight was the recognition of ‘Best Gated & Guarded Development’ for SouthLake Permyjaya, also located in Miri. Encompassing over 450 acres of lakeside mixed township, this project exemplifies NAIM’s commitment to fostering environmental stewardship and promoting healthy communal living.
The company further distinguished itself with the ‘Best Luxury Lifestyle Development’ award for The George Y Residence in Kuching. This exclusive enclave epitomises luxury and privacy, featuring bespoke amenities such as private lift lobbies, dedicated parking, and advanced security systems, including facial recognition technology.
NAIM Holdings Berhad was also honoured with the ‘Innovative Developer Award,’ recognising their innovative business model and development approaches, unique design concepts, and value creation to the economy and environment.
Deputy Economy Minister Datuk Hanifah Hajar Taib presided over the awards presentation at One World Hotel recently, with representatives from NAIM including independent non-executive directors Sulaihah Maimunni and Tan Chuan Dyi were present to receive the awards.
For the record, the Des Prix Infinitus’ ASEAN Property Developer Awards are a hallmark of excellence, celebrating innovation and creativity in the property development sector across the region.
The award recognises exceptional achievements in four categories: Outstanding Development, Outstanding Developer, Outstanding Interior Design, and Special Award & Recognition.
