KUCHING: Naim Group of Companies organised a special property investment talk here to usher in the Year of the Rat.

Three property investment experts conducted the talk at the group’s Naim Sapphire Condominium Homes at Batu Lintang Road here.

The talk focused on a myriad of topics relating to investment strategies and investment potential of Sarawak in housing and rental management, loan and property investment as well as on personal behavioral assessment.

One of the speakers, E&E Advisory Sdn Bhd director Ethan Sim, who spoke on loan and financial consultancy noted that Sarawak was a gem that had yet to be fully developed.

With its rich resources and talented local pool of talent, he expressed confidence Sarawak had “absolute potential” for growth.

“‘By leveraging resources from banks and investing in Sarawak, I’m sure it is the right investment move for 2020,” he added.

Property leasing and management specialist Ewin Chew said Kuching had the advantages of being the capital city of Sarawak and enjoying population support.

“These factors help to create good supply and demand chemistry, which in turn adds value to making Kuching a good place to invest in.”

Third speaker, Sumo Tan, a certified international consultant and founder of the Sumo Group, a company focusing on global property investments, said for any property investment to be successful, three factors should be taken into account.

“‘My view is simple — a good location, a premium product and a trusted developer. I believe Naim Sapphire, being developed by a trusted brand like Naim, and sited at a prime location in Kuching, where there are economic development programmes, has all the ingredients for a successful investment!’

Meanwhile, Naim’s general manager for sales and marketing, Kenneth Low invited all to find out more about the Group’s ‘Naim Thanks You’ charity campaign.

“Under this campaign, we pledge to contribute RM250 for every unit of its property sold in Year 2020, with a minimum of RM250,000 to be raised in favour of 25 NGOs in Sarawak. This initiative is also part of our 25th anniversary activities, which focus on community engagement and enhancement.”
