KUCHING: It was a memorable moment as Naim Holdings Bhd, one of Malaysia’s leading developers and contractors was adjudged a winner of the Malaysia Best Employer Brand Awards, joining the ranks of Malaysia’s Top 50 employer brands.

The award marked the Group’s 2nd consecutive win of the coveted award.  Naim’s Head of Group Human Resources Andrew Chan said the Award recognised the Group’s continued commitment and efforts in human capital development and management.

“At Naim, we believe in enhancing our workforce members, who are known as Valued Partners’ growth, professionally, personally and emotionally.

“This is based on the philosophy that better people, from the aspect of capability, values and mindset, will contribute immensely towards the creation of a happy and positive work environment, adding value to our Group’s growth ultimately.

The Malaysia Best Employer Brand Awards seek to recognise organisations achieving excellence in human resources management by translating and combining vision with action and HR strategy, building line to mesh HR strategy with the business and cultivating competencies for the future towards creating future-ready organisations.

The 2017 awards were hosted by the Employer Branding Institute, World HRD Congress and Stars of the Industry Group, and endorsed by the Asian Confederation of Businesses.
