KUCHING: Property developer Naim Group launched a property ownership campaign covering completed residential and commercial projects across its three developments in Kuching, Bintulu and Miri.
The Unwrap Your Dream Home Campaign will run until June 30.
“We understand that the last two years have been challenging for the property development industry,” said Bahrin Wahid, its head of Sales and Marketing.
“Cognisant of this, we have introduced the Unwrap Your Dream Home Campaign to help fellow Malaysians realise their dreams of owning a home at any of Naim’s developments within their chosen environment – from bustling city centres to more tranquil, natural surroundings.
“Our campaign runs in tandem with rising property sentiment buoyed by growing home seeker appetite, international investor interest and positive macroeconomic indicators as Malaysia transitions into the endemic phase,” he added.
The campaign offers Malaysians the opportunity to purchase their dream home at Sapphire on the Park, The Peak Condominiums and selected properties from SouthLake Permyjaya with various options, ranging from move-in ready, lease, zero down payment and free Sales and Purchase (SPA), where applicable.
However, these options will depend on the type of properties, location and also terms and conditions.
To celebrate the return of festivities after a two-year hiatus as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic movement restrictions, the company organised its Raya Gawai open house on June 11 at NAIM Sapphire on the Park, Kuching Paragon to deepen ties with its customers and the public.
It also hosted Hari Raya open house events at NAIM The Peak Condominiums in Bintulu and NAIM SouthLake Permyjaya in Miri.
