BINTULU: Sarawak Muay Thai Association (PMNS) president Jumaat Ibrahim has described the Naim Paragon Street Mall here as an excellent choice for the Muay Thai event of the Malaysia Games (Sukma) XXI 2024.

He explained that the shopping mall’s environment and design meet the ideal criteria for this close-contact combat sport.

“We believe that the state representatives participating in this event will be very satisfied with the Muay Thai matches being held here at Naim Paragon Street Mall, given its comfortable setting.

He made these comments during a brief speech before the Muay Thai competition commenced today (Aug 15).

Jumaat also expressed gratitude to the management of Naim Paragon Street Mall, Bintulu, for their commitment and cooperation in providing the venue.

“We want to extend our thanks to the medical team and all residents of Bintulu who have come to support the Sarawak Muay Thai athletes, both those who have competed and those who will compete in the future,” added Jumaat.
