SEREMBAN: The proposal to amend the constitution of Welfare Association of Wives of Senior Government Servants and Elected Representatives of Negeri Sembilan (Pekerti) was among the issues discussed at the association’s special meeting yesterday.
State Women’s Affairs, Family and Welfare Committee chairman Nicole Tan Lee Koon said the amendments involved several clauses including to allow the wives of opposition’s elected representatives to be members of the association and also to change the name of the association.- Bernama
