BETONG: Nelson Kloni Ak Kanang and Abang Suhordie Abang Zaini were given the trust to hold the Betong Division Football Association’s two top positions – as its president and deputy president respectively – during the association’s biennial general meeting 2017/2019 was held recently.
The decision was given approval by the BDFA Executive committee’s line-up without any election being made.
However, there was an increase in portfolio when Majid Amit was elected to hold the position of BDFA’s vice president 2.
Meanwhile, Saiful Hanizam Suhaini was appointed its the new honorary secretary.
“The meeting held earlier this week in a harmonious atmosphere aimed at selecting the new leadership of BDFA for the 2017/2019 term,” said BDFA deputy president, Abang Suhordie.
According to Abang Suhordie, under the new leadership BDFA will be able to strengthen its objectives involving various aspects.
“Undoubtedly, the BDFA Exco new leadership will bring more comprehensive changes including football development programmes,” said Abang Suhordie.
