KUCHING: The public can now enquire about their vaccination appointments through the newly updated Helpdesk feature on the MySejahtera mobile application.
From the Helpdesk, the public can now enquire about the dates of vaccination, cancellation and rescheduling of their appointments.
After clicking on the MySejahtera Helpdesk on the app, they will be directed to press the ‘Start’ button and then a list of options for them to choose from will be shown.
Besides the enquiries on the vaccination appointments, the feature also provides help for those aged 60 and above who have not received their vaccination appointments.
Those who wish to reschedule their appointment dates may choose the reasons given on the app such as not feeling well, have other things to do, transportation issues, the allocated facility is too far away or others.
After the details have been submitted, users are urged to check the MySejahtera app after seven days for a new vaccination appointment date.
The public can also find out their health assessment status after completing quarantine, get more information on Covid-19 vaccine under phase two and highlight issues while logging in to the MySejahtera app, etc.
