KUCHING: Sarawak recorded no new Covid-19 case on Monday (Dec 14), maintaining the tally of positive cases at 1,075.
The Sarawak Disaster Management Committee (SDMC) also announced that the Green Hill Cluster ended after receiving no new positive cases in the last 28 days.
As of Monday, there is only one active cluster in Sarawak —the Besi Cluster in Kuching.
The committee also reported that there is one new recovery and discharged case, bringing the total number to 1,045 or 97.21 percent.
It was told that there were 11 cases still receiving treatment at hospitals — nine at Sarawak General Hospital (SGH), and one each at Miri Hospital and Bintulu Hospital.
On the other hand, five new person-under-investigation (PUI) cases were reported with none awaiting lab test results.
Kuching and Serian are still yellow zones at present with three local infection cases reported in the last 14 days.
