Nurse makes police report on clinic break-in

KUCHING : A 54-year-old nurse lodged a police report that the maternity and child care clinic at Mile 10, Padawan has been broken into with a number of items stolen.

The nurse went to work at 6.30 am on Thursday to find the windows in the toilet were damaged and thieves were believed to have climbed through the space occuppied formerly by the missing window panes.

The inside area of the clinic was also in a mess. Stolen were coins of RM70, medication, power band, a jacket belonging to a staff and syringes.

The clinic operates from 8am to 5 pm. Total loss is about RM700. Police are investigating the case.
