The Kuching South City Council (MBKS) wished to remind ratepayers that the assessment rates for the second half of year 2017 should be paid on or before Oct 31.
Any rates remaining unpaid after the due date is subject to a surcharge at 1 percent per month or part thereof on the outstanding amount. On no account will consideration be given to waive the surcharge on the ground of nonreceipt of the assessment bills.
If any copy bill require, come to the One-Stop Service Counter or the Rating&Valuation Division at MBKS in Jalan Padungan or the Urban Transformation Centre (UTC) in Jalan Bukit Mata here.
