KUCHING: Hong Leong Bank (HLB) has hosted branch open houses across selected locations nationwide ahead of the Chinese New Year.
Its customers and community members came together on Feb 3-4 for the events.
They were treated to a festive array of activities, including lion dance performances, traditional ‘lou sang’ tosses for prosperity, light refreshments, and receiving exclusive gifts symbolising good fortune.
Coinciding with the open houses was the auspicious period of ‘Li Chun’ which is deemed favourable for financial investments.
Therefore, HLB customers had the unique opportunity to make deposits into their accounts during this period.
HLB’s Managing Director of Personal Financial Services, Andrew Jong, expressed gratitude to the bank’s customers for their steadfast support.
“We value every opportunity to engage with our customers so that we can foster a deeper understanding of their needs and aspirations.
“This understanding enables us to provide tailored products and services, as well as personalised financial advisory, in line with our ‘Built Around You’ customer-centric approach,” he said.
As part of the Chinese New Year season, HLB has rolled out exclusive promotions and offers on various banking products and services, including wealth management, savings accounts, and investment opportunities.
