KUCHING: Outstanding students at Kuching High School will receive Excellence Awards during a presentation ceremony in the school tomorrow. The annual event aims to recognise students in the classes of Transition to Form Four for their outstanding academic performances and achievements. The school’s Board of Management president Tan Cho Yian is expected to officiate at the ceremony.
Besides the excellent award for individual subjects, the ceremony will also witness the presentation of awards to 16 students who achieved straight As in SPM 2018 and 14 straight As students in PT3 2018.
The school will also present certificates to the class monitors, assistant monitors as well as the Prefectorial Board for Afternoon Session in appreciation of their contributions to the school. Parents of the award recipients are encouraged to attend the ceremony to witness their children’s academic achievements.
