MUKAH: Department of National Unity and National Integration, Sarawak director Dirwana Azool has stressed the crucial role of parental cooperation in the success of programmes organised by Unity Kindergartens (TABIKA).

“Especially for parents whose children attend Unity Kindergartens, they are simultaneously supporting the Unity Department.

“Without parental support and cooperation, achieving success in this programme would be quite challenging.”

Dirwana made these remarks during the opening ceremony of the Creative Smart and Children’s Convocation Day at Unity Kindergarten Mukah Division, held at the Kampung Tellian Tengah multipurpose hall here today (Jan 31).

He also highlighted the significant contribution of teachers in educating children within the kindergarten.

“The responsibility of a teacher is immense in nurturing children at Unity Kindergartens, and managing multiple children simultaneously is certainly not easy.

“Hence, parents should empathise with the challenges faced by teachers before offering criticism.”

Additionally, Dirwana expressed hope for ongoing cooperation from all stakeholders to ensure the success of future programmes.
