SIBU: Sibu Parkinson Society has more than 100 registered members.
A Chinese physician Dr Ngieng Seng Harng said this after giving a talk on Parkinson’s disease (PD) at Star Mega Mall here on Sunday (Oct 18).
Dr Ngieng said PD is a progressive brain disorder.
It has diverse symptoms but is usually recognised by its effect on movement, he added.
