KUCHING: Part of the Wind Fairy Cave Nature Reserve (Wind Cave) will be temporarily closed to the public, the Sarawak Forestry Corporation (SFC) said today.

SFC said the closure is due to the likelihood of flash floods in the area.

The corporation stresses safety as a priority, and precautions against unforeseen incidents are necessary, it said in a statement.

It advised the public to stay updated on the reopening of the cave through continuous information updates via its Facebook page.

For further enquiries, the public may contact the park office at 082 767836.
