KUCHING: Parti Islam Se-Malaysia (PAS) president Datuk Seri Abdul Hadi Awang and Terengganu Menteri Besar Datuk Seri Dr Ahmad Samsuri Mokhtar visited Chief Minister Datuk Patinggi Abang Johari Tun Openg at his office in Wisma Bapa Malaysia yesterday.
In Hadi’s posting on Facebook, he conveyed his appreciation to the chief minister for welcoming them.
“We exchanged views on efforts to foster good ties that had been established between Kelantan, Terengganu and Sarawak.
“And also to further strengthen our cooperation to maintain unity and peace in the country,” he said.
Also present during the visit were PAS secretary generatl Datuk Takiyuddin Hassan; political secretary to Abdul Hadi, Syahir Sulaiman; PAS Sarawak commissioner Jofri Jaraiee; and PAS Sarawak secretary Mohammad Arifiriazul Paijo.
