KUCHING: Parti Pesaka Bumiputera Bersatu (PBB) Youth will fully support the candidate selected by Chief Minister, Datuk Amar Abang Johari Tun Openg to contest in the Tanjung Datu by-election.
PBB Youth Information Chief, Fazzrudin Abdul Rahman said yesterday the PBB Youth had full confidence that Johari would choose the most suitable candidate for the Tanjung Datu seat.
“We will support 100 percent anyone chosen by the Chief Minister and try to ensure a big victory for the BN,” he added.
Fazzrudin, who is also Tupong State Assemblyman, was interviewed by reporters after presenting contributions to the surviving victims of the recent Matang amok incident at Surau An-Nur at Taman Palma Indah, Jalan Matang here.
Earlier, he handed over donations from 44 individuals and non-governmental organisations (NGOs) to the surviving victims of the amok incident.
The donation programme was organised by PBB Tupong, Surau An-Nur Taman Palma Indah and Taman Palma Indah PBB branch.
