KUCHING: The Sarawak Post-COVID-19 Development Strategy (PCDS) 2030 Initiative Briefing and Explanation programme received a thumbs-up from its attendees.

The event, organised by the Political Secretary from the Premier Department, aimed to share info about Sarawak Government’s plans under Premier Datuk Patinggi Tan Sri Abang Johari Tun Openg’s leadership.

Deputy Minister in the Premier’s Department (Law, MA63, and State-Federal Relations) Datuk Sharifah Hasidah Sayeed Aman Ghazali praised the programme.

She hoped for more programmes like this all across the state.

“I think the attendees here learned a lot about the state government’s plans. I hope the things you learned today gets shared with others too, so they can also gain from what our state government is doing,” she said during the closing ceremony at Parti Pesaka Bumiputera Bersatu (PBB) Headquarters yesterday (Aug 12).

More than 160 people attended, including heads of various local non-governmental organisations (NGOs) from Samariang areas.
