KUCHING: The Progressive Democratic Party (PDP) will hold its Triennial General Assembly (TGA) from June 9-11 in Bintulu.
On Friday (June 9), delegates are expected to arrive at the Dinner World Restaurant, Medan from 8.30am followed by the arrival of PDP deputy president Datuk Anthony Nogeh Gumbek at 9.30am.
PDP women chief Datuk Chiew Yen Chew and acting youth chief David Yeo will deliver their welcoming speeches followed by Nogeh’s officiating address for the TGA women and youth section.
The women and youth section TGA will commence at 2pm respectively until 5pm.
On Saturday (June 10), PDP president Datuk Seri Tiong King Sing will arrive at 9am and the meeting will take place until 12pm.
Later in the evening, delegates, the PDP supreme council and invited guests will attend a dinner.
Chairman of the PDP TGA 2023 management committee Datuk Anyi Ngau and Tiong are expected to deliver speeches at the dinner.
On Sunday (June 11), Premier cum Gabungan Parti Sarawak (GPS) chairman Datuk Patinggi Tan Sri Abang Johari Tun Openg is expected to arrive at 10am.
Tiong is scheduled to give a speech before Abang Johari delivers his address and officiates the PDP TGA 2023.
