The retail prices of RON97 and RON95 petrol, as well as diesel, will remain unchanged from today (July 13) until July 19, according to the Finance Ministry (MOF).
In a statement, the ministry informed that RON97 will continue to be priced at RM3.37 per litre, RON95 at RM2.05 per litre, and diesel at RM2.15 per litre.
“To safeguard consumers from the actual impact of rising oil prices in the global market, the government has decided to maintain the retail price of RON95 at the ceiling price of RM2.05 per litre and diesel at RM2.15 per litre, despite the actual market prices of both products exceeding the set ceiling prices,” stated the MOF.
