KUCHING: Chief Minister Datuk Patinggi Abang Johari Tun Openg received a courtesy call from a high-powered Petronas delegation led by its chairman Tan Sri Mohd Bakke Salleh at his office in Wisma Bapa Malaysia today (Oct 14).
The visit by the Petronas chairman was his first since being appointed to succeed Tan Sri Ahmad Nizam Salleh in August this year.
Mohd Bakke previously served as chairman of the Federal Land Development Authority (Felda). He has also held the position of deputy executive chairman and managing director of Sime Darby Plantation Berhad (SDP).
Members of the delegation included Petronas chief executive officer Tengku Muhammad Taufik Tengku Aziz, and Board member Datuk Ibrahim Baki.
