KUCHING: E-hailing service operator Maxim Malaysia is providing its users with a variety of vehicle choices to suit their individual needs.
This option has been put in place to meet the increasing necessity of e-hailing services in the country.
In Kuching, Miri, Bintulu, Sarikei, Sibu and other cities in Sarawak, Maxim Malaysia offers four different types of vehicles for its users to choose from.
First is an economy car option that can accommodate up to four passengers and is suitable for students and daily workers who prefer affordable prices and faster pickup orders.
“Most of Maxim e-hailing partner-drivers prefer using economy cars due to their efficiencies, low fuel consumptions and sustainability,” Maxim Malaysia public relations specialist Shafiqah Shajari said in a statement.
Another option is the comfort car mode which provides a more comfortable ride with larger, extra legroom.
“It refers to branded vehicles that offer four passengers’ seats as well but with relaxing, cosy vibes and extra space for the users.
“This is one of the preferred options for our users who want to have comfy rides to their destinations,” she added.
Meanwhile, for larger groups or families, Maxim Malaysia offers multi-purpose vehicles (MPV) option that can accommodate up to six passengers, or when the users need extra capacity for larger items such as luggage or boxes.
Last but not least, taxi is another option too as it offers easier access to transportation at locations such as airports, bus stations or train stations.
Maxim Malaysia ensures that it will always prioritise users’ comfort and will provide different types of options to help its users decide the ride for their specific needs.
“We try our best to fulfil their demands and make everyone feel as comfortable as possible and with these options that we are providing, our users will be able to pick the ride that is suitable for them depending on their situations,” she said.
