KUCHING: The upcoming YB Dato Lo Education Fair 2024 aims to provide a comprehensive platform for working adults, students and parents to explore diverse higher education opportunities.

Batu Kitang assemblyman Datuk Lo Khere Chiang said that the fair will be held at Boulevard Shopping Mall, here on August 10 from 10 am to 6 pm.

“The fair will not only focus on traditional full-time programmes but also address the needs of working adults.

“The fair will feature institutions offering part-time courses, recognising the demand from those looking to further their education while balancing work and other responsibilities,” he said during a press conference at Batu Kitang Constituency Service Centre here today.

He pointed out that by providing access to part-time courses, working society is provided with valuable opportunities to balance work and education, paving the way for new career horizons.

“This is crucial for fostering lifelong learning and achieving both personal and societal progress,” he said.
