MUKAH: Police personnel and staff of Mukah Police Headquarters (IPD) here who are currently undergoing quarantine received food aid on Wednesday (Sept 1).
The distribution of food aid was the initiative of Mukah IPD Surau Darul Husna, headed by its chairman Sgt Maj Ajahar Bakar, and Tabung Baitulmal Sarawak Mukah branch, led by its manager Osman Immun.
Ajahar said 12 police personnel and staff are under quarantine at their respective homes and the Covid-19 Quarantine and Low-Risk Treatment Centre here.
He added that the process of the distribution of the food aid was smooth and in compliance with the standard operating procedures.
Ajahar recently took over duties from Insp Mohamad Haslee Shafiee as the chairman of Mukah IPD Surau Darul Husna.
