LUBOK ANTU: Potential entrepreneurs in the Sri Aman Division will be included in the database of the Sri Aman Division Development Agency (SADA) to be elevated to a higher level.
SADA chairman Datuk Seri Rohani Abdul Karim said that her side is actively holding more engagement sessions with external agencies.
According to her, among such engagements was a visit to the kelulut farm owned by Sya Trigona Familyz (Sya Rina Brand) in Munggu Jabang near here.
“The aim is to enrich the database related to entrepreneurs, especially in the Sri Aman Division.
“The database can be used as a platform to bring and help potential entrepreneurs to a higher level,” she said.
In the meantime, Sri Aman Resident Mahra Salleh stated that programmes such as visits and engagement sessions will directly introduce SADA to outside parties.
“This is one of the initiatives so that more suggestions or ideas from the community in Sri Aman Division can be evaluated and brought to the SADA Working Committee,” she said.
Earlier, a visit to the kelulut farm in Lubok Antu was led by SADA’s special administrative officer Datuk Indit Bangai.
Also present were representatives of the Sri Aman Resident Office, Jackline Medan Ikom and the SADA secretariat.
During the visit, the proprietor of Sya Trigona Familyz, Norina Bunyam shared her experience on her journey in managing the company since its establishment, in addition to the various challenges faced.
He took the group to see the hall, kelulut honey processing room, kelulut farm and their business premises.
For the record, Lubok Antu District has been allocated 19 development projects by SADA to date.
