SIMANGGANG: The Sri Aman District Council (MDSA) will be collecting bulk waste in the town ahead of the upcoming Chinese New Year celebration.

The council said the collection will begin next Monday covering areas such as Taman Sri Jaya, Taman Desa Indah, Jalan Hollis, Jalan Brayun, Taman Suria, Taman Makmur, and Taman King.

On Tuesday, the collection will involve areas including Jalan Pasir Panas, Taman Pasir Panas, Jalan Sabu, Taman Kurniaman, Jalan Sinjor, and Kampung Teratai.

Meanwhile on Wednesday, the collection will cover Jalan Belimbing, Taman Lucky, Taman Loon-Loon, Jalan Batang Lupar, Jalan Tawi Sli, Jalan Kejatau, and Kampung Sri Wangi.

Thursday and Friday are designated for areas along Jalan Bayu, RPR Phase 1, Kampung Muhibbah, Taman Sentosa Indah, Kampung TR. John Ellie, Taman Harmoni, Kampung Temudok, Kampung Temudok Cina, and various parks along the Serian-Simanggang Road.

The council reminded residents to place bulk waste in front of their residences according to the specified dates and locations.

It also reminded that only trucks bearing the council’s logo are permitted to collect bulk waste.
