MIRI: Premier Datuk Patinggi Tan Sri Abang Johari Tun Openg.will officiates at the Preschool International Convention at Pullman Miri Waterfront on August 26.
At the event, 15 children from SeDidik Kindergarten will perform the Negaraku and Sarawak Ibu Pertiwiku in the sign language.
Yesterday, Deputy Minister for Women, Childhood and Community Wellbeing Development I (Women and Childhood Development), Datuk Rosey Yunus led a delegation to Pengkalan Lutong Kindergarten to monitor the sign language performance of the SeDidik Kindergarten children.
The delegation was joined by the head of the Early Childhood Development Division, Ministry of Women, Children and Community Welfare (KPWK) Salina Bujang, head of Pengkalan Lutong Village Haji Ali Mat, senior manager of SeDidik Sdn. Bhd. Ayub Dahari, Miri Zone operations manager of SeDidik Sdn.Bhd Fatimah Su’al and chairman of the Parent Child and Educator Club, SeDidik Kindergarten Pengkalan Lutong, Muhd. Harith Ronny.
The children involved in the performance on August 26 are trained by a teacher and a teacher’s assistant.
