KUCHING: The Bandar Kuching Service Centre has funded the repainting of St Paul’s Primary School’s entrance archway.
According to Bandar Kuching MP Dr Kelvin Yii, due to constant exposure to sun and rain, the paint had not only peeled off but was also mouldy.
“With funding from my office, the painting of the archway has been completed, and now it is visually more refreshing and welcoming,” he said on Facebook on Tuesday (July 5).
On another matter, he pointed out that the floor of the Primary 1 classroom had some uneven tiles which posed a safety risk for the pupils.
“Hence, my office has allocated funds to assist in the replacement of the tiles and painted some walls to provide students with a safe and comfortable learning environment.”
