THE state revenue for next year is projected at RM10.012 billion.

“RM10 million will come from tyre, RM600 million from raw water royalty, RM183 million from forestry royalty, RM144 million from timber premium and RM128 million from mining royalties, land rents and others,” he said when tabling the Supply (2021) Bill, 2020 yesterday (Nov 9).
As for non-tax revenue, he said it is estimated at RM4.994 billion or about 50 percent with RM1.883 billion from five percent cash compensation in lieu of oil and gas rights or royalty on oil and gas, RM1.8 billion from dividend income, RM822 million from interest income, RM250 million from land premium.
“RM120 million will come from cash compensation in lieu of import and excise duties on petroleum products, RM119 million from licences, service fees, permits, rentals and others,” he said.
Abang Johari added that RM16 million is expected from non-revenue receipt, mainly from forest liquidated damages, disposal of assets, and forest compounds and RM260 million from federal grants and reimbursements.
