KUCHING: Popular Malaysian actor Beto Kusyairi will make a special appearance in the upcoming ‘Sungkei Rami-Rami Kuching’ programme at Padang Merdeka on Saturday (March 30).
Organised by CATS FM, the potluck-concept programme will be packed with various side activities such as games and quizzes with prizes to be won, stage performances and handing over donations to a group of orphans.
CATS programme manager, Fadzli Daud said CATS presenters and staffs will also distribute bubur lambuk to the public including free packed food for the first 300 visitors.
“We strongly encourage families and friends, including non-Muslims, to bring your food, mats, tents and healing chairs, to come together in the spirit of harmony and showing our unification as Sarawakians,” he said in a recent statement.
On the other hand, several open-air tents and surau for the public will also be provided at the venue throughout the programme.
