KUCHING: Toh Puan Datuk Patinggi Ragad Kurdi Taib, the wife of Sarawak Head of State received a courtesy call from Sabah Head of State’s wife, Toh Puan Norlidah R.M. Jasni at her residence in Demak Jaya here today.
The cordial courtesy call was in conjunction with Norlidah’s official three-day visit to Sarawak until Friday.
Also present during the visit were the Sarawak Premier’s wife, Puan Sri Datuk Amar Juma’ani Tun Tuanku Bujang and the Deputy Minister in the Premier of Sarawak’s Department (Law, MA63, State-Federal Relations), Datuk Sharifah Hasidah Sayeed Aman Ghazali.
According to the Sarawak Public Communication Unit (UKAS) in a news report, the special aircraft carrying Norlidah together with 28 delegates from Gabungan Rakyat Sabah (GRS) landed at the Kuching International Airport (KIA) at about 1.25pm last Tuesday (Aug 23).
Upon arrival, Norlidah and delegates visited the Songket and Keringkam Gallery at Jalan Masjid here.
