KUCHING: The UCSI Hotel Kuching’s chefs have come up with over 100 choices of diverse Malaysian dishes with some international flavour twists this year!
According to head chef Joyce Kimson, the hotel’s “Meriah Sungkey” buffet has attracted lots of guests from different districts to come together and spend their joyous time with their families and friends over the years.
“A cacophony of delicious food and beverages on offer will definitely entice and satisfy each guest’s taste buds.
“We have appetising starters, warm and savoury soups, and succulent main dishes that will surely be the highlights of the day,” she said.
Among the favourites at “Meriah Sungkey” are the signature Nasi Arab Mandy, Gulai Lemak Daging Berempah, and various colourful desserts.
“To spice up the Ramadan buffet, there will be several live stations throughout the buffet where fellow guests could request our talented chefs to prepare your selected dishes on the spot.
“While enjoying all the scrumptious dishes, you may enjoy the scenic sunset view with the majestic silhouette,” Joyce added.
To accommodate corporate and government agencies, special Ramadan meeting packages are also available. Participants are entitled to join the “Meriah Sungkey” held at UCSI Hotel Kuching’s iconic infinity poolside.
Online early bird promotion is still available for as low as RM88 nett via the book and pay method while walk-in buffet price is RM110 nett for every adult.
