MIRI: Although Bekenu assemblywoman Datuk Rosey Yunus described the resignation of the federal Cabinet as unexpected, she respected the decision if it manages to put an end to the political crisis that is shrouding the country.
“We respect his (caretaker Prime Minister Tan Sri Muhyiddin Yassin) decision to resign if it can put an end to the political crisis,” she said.
“We leave it to our Yang di-Pertuan Agong’s wisdom,” she said.
She said that Muhyiddin had implemented a lot of initiatives for the country and the rakyat in fight against Covid-19.
“For instance, the Covid-19 vaccine procurement under the National Immunisation Plan (NIP) to ensure the people are vaccinated against the virus, various assistance, as well as the distribution of food baskets amongst others,” she said.
