KUCHING: Repok assemblyman Datuk Seri Huang Tiong Sii has proven to be a leader who tends to the people’s welfare needs, be it in relation to Covid-19 assistance or other forms of aid.
On Thursday (Mar 18), Huang, represented by Kapitan Ling Dien Yong, delivered two patient beds to two individuals. These patient beds would provide much-needed comfort for them.
The first recipient was Ngu Poh Lang, 83, from Taman Susur Jambu while the second was Lu Kah Kwong, 86, residing in the Sungai Baji area.
Just recently, in response to 37 doors at Rumah Papit being placed under lockdown due to suspected Covid-19 cases, Huang also made sure that food assistance was provided to the longhouse to ease their burden.
“I hope this contribution will help to ease their burden during this difficult time,” he said.
