KOTA SAMARAHAN: Muara Tuang community leaders and village chiefs launched a food drive, distributing 500 packs of bubur lambuk to the local community at Masjid Darul Ikhlas Kampung Sindang here.

The day began with a collaborative effort in the morning to prepare and distribute the local dish.

The distribution event was led by a representative of the Samarahan Assistant District Officer Jerry Zannuddin Bidin, standing in for the Muara Tuang assemblyman.

Speaking on the initiative, Bidin highlighted its significance in fostering community bonds and using the blessings of Ramadan for charitable acts.

Also present were key figures, including the club’s chairperson Elen Mustapha and village head of Kampung Sindang Seraai Sajili.
