KUCHING: Sports Toto Malaysia contributed RM3,000 to The Salvation Army Children’s Home in conjunction with the Gawai festival celebrations.
Sports Toto Kuching Area Sales Executive, Helen Tan Puay Cheng, handed over the mock cheque to the superintendent of the Home, Major T. Chelvee, during a visit to the Home here on Saturday which was followed by lunch.
Previously, the Sports Toto team also visited the Sabah Society for the Deaf branches in Lahad Datu, Sandakan, and Kota Kinabalu and the Methodist Children’s Home in Sibu and will visit the one in Miri.
Sports Toto would donate an accumulative amount of RM18,000 to these charitable bodies in East Malaysia.
