KUCHING: A partial closure and repair works are to be done along Jalan Datuk Amar Stephen Kalong Ningkan (opposite of SK Hardware) from May 9 to 23.
Kuching Division Public Works Department (JKR) said in a statement that the maintenance work will start from 8pm onwards to 5am.
“The diversion or closure will be done only during maintenance work in providing space for heavy machinery.
“However, the stretch of road involved will open again as soon as maintenance work is completed,” said the statement.
Road users are advised to plan their journey ahead of time and follow the safety signs that are provided in the affected area.
