DARO: The roof of a house was blown off in a storm in Sungai Serban, Nanga Lassa yesterday afternoon.
The house belongs to a family of five, who were all resting in the living room when the incident occurred at 6pm.
Daro assemblyman Safiee Ahmad, when contacted, said he had been informed of the incident.
“Upon receiving the news, I immediately sent representatives to visit and offer immediate assistance to repair the family’s home.
“In this regard, I express my deepest sympathy to the family and hope they will be patient,” Safiee stated.
