SIBU: In their quest to shower love for the less fortunate, Rotary Club of Sibu (RCS) made a visit and contributed generously to the Methodist Children Home (MCH) in Jalan Ling Wen Shun here recently.
Upon arrival, the group led by its president Donny Tang Leong Ming handed over donation items in the form of computer, foodstuff and laundry detergents to MCH’s adminstrative assistant Yeo Xiu Xian.
At the venue, Tang also distributed Chinese New Year red packets to the residents in conjunction with the forthcoming festive season.
Currently there are 54 children, aged between five and 20, staying at MCH which is a charitable body caring for the orphans.
