POPULAR social media influencer Ryan Bakery has denied allegations that he is being used by other parties to gain profit, as he revealed his first Eid single with Andi Bernadee, “Raya Last Minit”.

The 27-year-old, who was recently crowned Malaysia’s Most Favourite Content Creator at the Gempak Most Wanted Awards, said that even though he released a song, he is still a content creator and has no intention to compete with any artistes.

“My followers have seen me act before, so now they can see me perform and watch my music video,” he said. “To say that I am being used, that is untrue.

All that I do is based on our discussion with the management, and I also wanted to try something new.

Ryan also brushes off the notion that he is being greedy by trying to do it all, saying that he is just using the social media platform to show off his talents and provide for his family.

He also added that he is already used to hearing such negative opinions from others ever since he became a content creator.

Ryan hopes that in the future he will become a comedy singer, just like Jalil Hamid and Salih Yaacob.
