SOCIAL media influencer and entrepreneur Nur Sajat expressed her gratitude and thanks to her friend, Datuk Seri Aliff Syukri, and his wife, Datin Seri Shahida Mohd Rashid, for helping in the purchase of a wheelchair for her dad.
According to a local entertainment portal Gempak, Sajat stated on Instagram that she and Aliff are still friends and that they only interact via WhatsApp and social media.
“I only have words of gratitude for my friends Datuk Aliff Syukri and Datin who helped me in getting a wheelchair and other necessities for my dad. This is all I can do to help my family, who are far from the eyes but near to the heart.
“Many people have asked if I am still on good terms with Datuk and Datin’s family. We are still friends as we were before. We only communicate via social media and WhatsApp,” she said on Instagram.
Sajat could not hold back her tears after Aliff Syukri shared a video of her father, who had already acquired the new wheelchair.
“When Datuk sent me this video, it made me sad and teary. It feels good to see someone you care about smile because of what you’ve done. Please forgive me, dad; you are the best dad in the world.
“I love both of you, mum and dad. Thank you, Datuk and Datin, for your help; despite your hectic schedules, you both found time to help a friend who is far away. I appreciate it, and may God bless Datuk and Datin. Amen,” Sajat said.
Earlier, Sajat, through a live broadcast, sought assistance in purchasing a wheelchair for her dad, who became ill and was unable to walk.
