KUCHING: Sarawak Energy is offering enticing rewards to subscribers of its e-Bill service, in a bid to encourage customers to embrace this digital transition.

In a statement today (Jan 30), the e-Bill subscribers will be automatically entered into quarterly lucky draws.

“250 lucky winners will be chosen each quarter, and each will receive an RM50 rebate on their electricity account,” the company said.

The results for the Q4 2023 e-Bill lucky draw have been published and can be viewed at Sarawak Energy’s announcement page.

All 250 winners will be notified via the email addresses provided for their e-Bill service.

The company also said that over 220,000 customers have already embraced the Go Paperless Campaign by subscribing to the e-Bill service.

“This service allows subscribers to easily access their electricity bills either through the SEB cares mobile app or via monthly e-Bill emails,” it added.

The company is also phasing out physical bill deliveries, as meter readings are now conducted remotely using smart meters, with bills being sent electronically.
