KUCHING: Sarawak Metro Sdn Bhd (Sarawak Metro), in partnership with the Kuching Water Board (KWB), is working diligently to address a water supply disruption impacting several communities along the Kuching-Samarahan Expressway.
“The disruption occurred when a sub-contractor damaged a water pipe during utility relocation activities for the Blue Line of the Kuching Urban Transportation System (KUTS) project,” it said in a press statement today (Oct 26).
Sarawak Metro has extended its full support to KWB’s repair efforts to expedite the restoration of the affected water supply.
The company has also expressed sincere apologies to residents for the inconvenience and is committed to ensuring water is reinstated promptly.
