KUCHING: Saribas Parti Pesaka Bumiputera Bersatu (PBB) is organising a ‘Hari Raya Ramah Tamah’ event at the Riveria Sport Centre in Debak next month.
Saribas assemblyman Mohammad Razi Sitam said the event would be held on May 7 from 8am until noon.
“The celebration is expected to be lively and we anticipate a higher turnout this year following the relaxation of Covid-19 standard operating procedures.”
Razi said this after chairing a meeting on the event at his residence in Saribas on the second day of Hari Raya.
He welcomed everyone, including residents of nearby villages in Debak as well as those in Saribas, to join in the celebration.
“Among the highlights will be song performances by local singers, dance and martial arts performances by villagers from Saribas.”
Earlier, Betong MP Richard Rapu was among those who visited Razi’s Hari Raya open house.
