MIRI: Sekolah Agama Rakyat Miri (SARM) Parent-Teacher Association (PTA) will hold a fund-raising run on 20 May at Miri Stadium.
SARM headmistress FauziahMokhtar Khan said the run is to raise funds for the repair and maintenance of the school infrastructure.
Pupils will receive a donation card each but only their parents or guardians will be allowed to raise funds from now until 5 May.
“There will be a lucky draw on the day of the event for parents or guardians who manage to collect more than RM100,” she said, adding that a special prize will be given to two pupils from tier 1 and tier 2 whose parents come up with the highest collection.
There will be two categories for the run namely Boys A and Girls A (Primary 4-6) and Boys B and Girls B (primary 1-3) as well as an Adult Open.
