KUCHING: Satok assemblyman Datuk Ibrahim Baki took part in the inclusivity programme organised by Kuching North City Commission (DBKU) today together with the residents of Kampung Temedak.

Held at Surau Darul Qarar in Kampung Temedak, some 100 residents from the village attended the event, which included aerobic exercise and communal work that began as early as 7am.

Cleaning the surau and four abandoned houses in the village were among the tasks assigned to the group.

Additionally, a DBKU truck selling compost was stationed nearby for locals to purchase.

Tree-planting events were also held for the community and surrounding residents in Jalan Muhibah.
