KUCHING: The new RM40,000 multi-purpose hall at SMK St Anthony Sarikei will be completed soon.
Repok Assemblyman Datuk Seri Huang Tiong Sii stated that the project falls under the Rural Transformation Project (RTP) and he is currently trying to get allocation from the state government to upgrade the school infrastructure so that students have a safe and comfortable environment.
“The multipurpose hall will benefit all students, and it would also nurture more excellent students, and lead to the success of the school.
“I would like to thank our Chief Minister Datuk Patinggi Abang Johari Tun Openg for his excellent governance and administration that has brought development to Sarikei, especially in education infrastructure,” he said during his visit to the school.
He reminded the people to give their support to the Chief Minister for the advanced development in Sarikei.
