KUCHING: A landslide today occurred at Sekolah Menengah Kebangsaan Kuching High.
The State Fire and Rescue Department operations centre said the landslide happened about 80 metres away from the school building.
“A report was received at 4pm. The area has been covered with plastic to ensure that the soil is not exposed to rain to prevent subsequent landslides,” it said.
Students and staff of the school are advised not to approach the area and to contact the fire department in the event of a recurrence.
