MUKAH: SMK Mukah’s Run For Diversity 2019 here yesterday collected RM3,000 from the event.
The proceeds were donated to the school’s Special Education Integration Programme (PPKI).
The school’s Parent-Teacher Association (PTA) chairman Hamdan Mahmud handed over the contribution to school principal Mohammad Shazwan Seun.
Meanwhile, about 200 participants took part in the run which took place at the school — acting as both the starting and finishing points.
The run was divided into four categories — A (senior, 5km), B (junior, 3km) and C (disabled, 1km), and D (cycling, 30km).
Mukah District officer Shafrie Saili handed over the prizes to the winners.
